We saw too many talented baristas and passionate café owners struggle with clunky, overpriced POS systems that weren't designed for how they work. Paper tickets getting lost. Inventory counts that never add up. No visibility into what's selling and what's not.
KapéOS was born from that frustration. We set out to build a POS system that thinks like a barista, counts like an accountant, and scales like an enterprise — without the enterprise price tag.

Every feature is designed around how real baristas work — fast checkouts, intuitive modifiers, and instant KDS updates. If it doesn't make the barista's day easier, we don't build it.
